When Amarok is playing music, if there is no keyboard or mouse use for a specified period of time (set in KDE power options) the machine will sleep, causing playback to stop Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Set computer to sleep after 5 minutes 2.Play music 3.Leave machine alone, wait 5 minutes Actual Results: Computer will sleep Expected Results: computer will not sleep as amarok is playing music This is under KDE4.8.3
Hm, the playback continues for me on Kubuntu 12.04, Amarok 2.5-git of today with KDE 4.8.3, the laptop goes to sleep normally when no tracks are playing. Could you eventually test again with Amarok 2.6 beta 1?
I can reproduce this in 2.5.9
I can reproduce this too, Amarok 2.5.0 and KDE 4.9 under Arch Linux.
(In reply to comment #2) > I can reproduce this in 2.5.9 Thank you for the feedback.
