Description serguei.popov 2012-05-31 17:06:35 UTC
After using search or replace, the width of editor's window becomes larger, and it's not possible to resize it back.
One has to call search/replace a couple of times more, or close and reopen kile (it when reopens with the new window width), then it becomes possible to resize it.

version: Linux (x86_64) release 3.3.6-desktop-2.mga2; screen resolution: 1680x1050

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open a tex file, resize the kile's window to occupy the left part of the screen, compile, view dvi, resize the viewer's window to fit to the remaining part
2. use ctrl+F (find) or ctrl+R (find/replace) in the editor's window

Actual Results:
the width of editor's window becomes around 3 cm larger

Expected Results:
the size of the window should have remained unaffected when using ctrl+F or ctrl+R

If you close the search/replace mini window, it will be possible to resize Kile's window again.
