- What I was doing when the application crashed:

I started a Wine application and the sound output was corrupted. It usually is solved doing a reebot, but this time I tried executing on the console:
pulseaudio --kill
trying to restart the sound system and kmix crashed.

I understand a "normal" user wouldn't need to go on killing the sound system, but kmix should not crash anyway if pulseaudio dies for whatever reason.

The crash can be reproduced every time.
