I believe this is already fixed, I selected multiple files via the file selection dialog and I saw multiple dialog's pop up, one for each file. Or did you mean "Show one one accept/reject notification for multiple files" ?
No, the executable ktp-send-file should support multiple files (at the moment accepts from the command line any number of files, but sends only the first, and the preview shows only that file) and dolphin plugin should open ktp-send-file only once
