Description András Manţia 2011-12-07 09:00:45 UTC
Version: unspecified (using Devel)
OS: Linux

KNode forgets the SMTP password often, mostly after logout/login. I have the Save SMTP password checked, still many times I try to post a message through email, it will not send it. It doesn't ask for password, just not sends it. When I go to the SMTP settings, I see the password field to be empty.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Can you give some additional information. I mean wheather or not you are using KWallet cause there's a very similar bug which after starting to use KWallet produced the same result.

bug 79058

Yes, I use KWallet, so the bug seems to be a duplicate. I'm amazed though the other is from 2004, as I don't remember having this problem until lately and I use KWallet ever since appeared.

Hello! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this project has been unmaintained for many years so I am closing this bug.
