As in summary. After changing the Program Hierarchy and applying changes dialog box with progress bar is displayed. When the progress bar reaches 100% it is restarted. I also don't think it's doing anything, because on the progress is constant: 5% per 0,5 s. on the first pass, 5% per one second on 2nd pass, and about 2,5 on third. The time of progression increases after each completion, but the step remains constant.
