I was navigating through SystemSettings Panels from Phonon configuration to External Storage tab, and then the application crashed.

Did you visit the printer settings page? Are there any other System Settings
modules installed that use the Python language?

I think yes - I was just sequentially moving through all the tabs in the settings and might have visited printer settings as well.

I really have no idea what language is used in any of System Settings submenues.
