systemsettings (1.0) on KDE Platform 4.7.2 (4.7.2) using Qt 4.7.4

- What I was doing when the application crashed:

After an update from Ubuntu 10.10 to 11.10, my CUPS-PDF printer stopped working (backend not present). I disovered that the CUPS-PDF package was not loaded (must have been uninstalled in the upgrade). I reload the package but the printer app in system settings still said that the backend was not installed. I the tried to delete the printer (prior to resinatlling) but the system settings printer app crashed.
