- What I was doing when the application crashed:
Logging out of KDE. KDE is installed on Ubuntu 11.10 alongside unity. While logging out, the application crashed with an error message.

Slightly different backtrace but the same problem: The QCoreApplication destructor triggers code that itself requires a fully functional QCoreApplication.
