Version:           1.2.1 (using KDE 4.7.2) 
OS:                Linux

When I try any operation from Muon , installation, removal or update, there is no prompt for the password, but I receive an error, that proper authentication was not provided.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Search for any software and try installation

Actual Results:  
Proper prompt for authentication

Expected Results:  
No Prompt for authentication

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 3.0.0-13-generic
Compiler: gcc

Sounds like the KDE PolicyKit frontend is crashing or has crashed.

Same thing happens to me.  Looked at Authorizations log and founs some entried for PolicyKit fromk yesterday but none since I booted today.
