It will be very convenient for users, if there will possibility to change defaults for the Review tools. I mean a width of lines, colors of highlights, transparency and so on.

Agree on this one. It would be an amazing improvement if Okular would have some kind of a menu where a user can select defaults for annotations (e.g. like in Mac Preview application).

There should be a subdialog for every annotation tool to change the options before creating the annotation and it should remember the changes.
