Show message structure size is not remembered when changing between mails

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
 * Right click on a mail view
 * Make sure show message structure from the menu is checked
 * Resize the message structure view using the splitter
 * Select a new email
 * See how the message structure height changed back to the initial one instead of keeping the one you just set


Expected Results:  
* Message structure area height is kept when changing between mails like it was in kmail1
* Message structure area height is kept between application restart like it was in kmail1

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.39-ARCH
