I'm having some difficulty with kmail 2.1.1 on Archlinux and have reported several bugs. One of my bug postings has been marked as unrelated to the posters original issue so I'm reporting this separately. I get random crashes with kmail2 when downloading email, mail filtering through filters, using spamassassin and akonadi resource conflicts, as a believed consequence of kmail filter rules being applied. I see frequent dmesg reports like the following:


akonadi_agent_l[5224]: segfault at b4134e38 ip b7010f50 sp bfb1ac90 error 4 in libQtGui.so.4.7.3[b6ca1000+a5f000]
akonadi_agent_l[5229]: segfault at b41a0e38 ip b707cf50 sp bfcab860 error 4 in libQtGui.so.4.7.3[b6d0d000+a5f000]
akonadi_agent_l[5260]: segfault at b4144e38 ip b7020f50 sp bfa38670 error 4 in libQtGui.so.4.7.3[b6cb1000+a5f000]

bug 276875 has been marked as unrelated to my problem so here is a new ticket for investigation.

Please let me know what else I can do to help you investigate the cause for these errors I am seeing.

Steps to Reproduce:
kmail will crash at various points when filtering/downloading email. the syslog fills with messages similar to above.

Actual Results:

Expected Results:  
kmail2 to be a quality product as kmail1 always has been. :D
