How do you have this conflict ?
I don't know... As explained in this bug report, I have a lots of conflicts : https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=259574 I have many filters and I use bogofilter (and I mark emails read manually). In fact, the main information in this report (as it seems to be a dupplicate) is to show that the bug still exists in KDE 4.7rc1.
