- What I was doing when the application crashed:

I was browsing plasma themes:
Systemsettings > Workspace Appearance > Desktop Theme > Get New Themes
and a click on the button labelled "Details" for a given theme crashes systemsettings. It does not happen every time, but frequently enough. 

I cannot remember that this happened before KDE 4.6.3.

The crash can be reproduced some of the time.
