The Special dates plugin in the Summary component does not show events that are tagged with the "special occasion" tag.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1) enable Special Dates plugin for Summary view
2) enable "Special Occasions" in the Special Dates plugin's settings
3) add a resource with an upcoming event tagged as "Special Occasion" or just create such an event in an already existing resource

Actual Results:  
*) the event is not listed in the Summary component under the Special Dates plugin (it is only under the Upcoming Events)

Expected Results:  
*) an event tagged as "Special Occasion" should, when that option is enabled, seen in the Special Dates plugin.
