Description fsanchez 2011-01-05 21:34:56 UTC
Application: kglobalaccel (0.2)
KDE Platform Version: 4.5.3 (KDE 4.5.3)
Qt Version: 4.7.0
Operating System: Linux 2.6.32-27-generic x86_64
Distribution: Ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS

-- Information about the crash:
- What I was doing when the application crashed: I decided to change my entire desktop, so I change the plasma theme, downloaded some others; change the widget style from Oxygen to QtCurve. At that point, the entire KDE apps crashed.

There appeared a lot of crash report, one for each app (klipper, kwin, plasma, dolphin, etc). I close all of them and left the first one that appeared, now I realice that maybe I should keep some of them for your needs. I didn't realized that this report isn't (maybe) the one of the app that caused the crash, but it said that the info was usefull so I decided to send it to you.

Regards

If this is reproducible, please try switching to a different style, e.g. from Oxygen to Plastique. The crash could be caused by the QtCurve style.

Hi there.

Maybe you're right, I just installed the last version of QtCurve a few days ago but... no, this is the first time it happens (although when I change plasma theme, it becomes very laggish) and I tried to reproduce it today and I couldn't.

If it happens again, I will report it here.

Well, it seems to be that the gilty <<is>> QtCurve al last. I was applying a different QtCurve settings and plasma crashed again. The difference was that I wasn't able to launch krunner nor any app, so I had to reboot.

So.. the problem es external..¿?
