Description Kai Uwe Broulik 2010-12-02 19:07:04 UTC
Version: unspecified (using Devel)
OS: Linux

When Nepomuk Indexing Agents have been disabled, there pops up a message right in your face stating that this is so and why.
It is really annoying, especially because it then often appears when using the new KDE Pim.
It should be a passive popup in the notification tray at least when it appears out of nowhere. (It is okay to have it pop up directly when starting an application that depends on Akonadi but not just randomly!)
Also its content is so technical speaking. “The following problems were detected: ” and then a list. And mostly the list just contains “Nepomuk is not running”. There could be a much better solution for that.

Reproducible: Always
