This is a meta-issue, it collects issues and side effects that are believed to exist due to the fact that until now (4:4.5~20100917.1176264-1maemo1.1174921) the "special" kolab imap folder have to exist in order to use the account with the kdepim-mobile application suite.

This is a meta bug with all dependent bugs having the komo3 keyword, so we don't need it here.
