Problem still there with: Package: kdepim-mobile Version: 4:4.5~20100917.1176295-1maemo1.1174921 Selecting the attachment results in the following message on TODO - attachment selected: hallo.sig and the submenu is half openened. If I openen it fully and select either save or open, nothing happens, also no output on the console. Unfortunately there is no workaround as selecting the attachment in the mail view and then pressing "save as" crashes Kontact Mobile.

Cannot confirm fix, version 4:4.5~20101008.1183623-1maemo1.1182955 . Neither for an attached image nor for an ~"Delivery failed" mail I could save anything (leads to a crash).
What is the backtrace for the crash? Do you have an example mail e.g in the kdabtest1 account?
I tested saving attachment today and I was able to save them both from the Actions tab (Attachments - Save all Attachments) or by clicking on the attachment name from within the Message viewer and selecting 'Save As...' button. In both cases a File browser dialogue appears and it is possible to save the attachment (not easy though as the file browser is buggy: see bug #256761 for more details) I was also able to display attachments but there were display pbs that I reported (see bug #256758 for more details) I hope this helps ;o) N900, 4:4.6~20101112.1195992-1maemo1.1196001

Just tested to save a pdf attachment without any further problems in version 4:4.6~20101130.1202227-1maemo1.1202030 Feel free to repopen if it's still valid for other attachment types.
