test doc with tagged textblock

Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.4.4)
OS: Linux

If one uses the scrollbar to scroll through a document kwrite sometimes jumps over some bits of it. Attached you'll find a test document with a big block of tagged text. To reproduce you have to do the following:

Resize the kwrite window so that not only part of the tagged textblock is visible. Use the scrollbar to slowly scroll down the text and watch kwrite jump to the first line after the textblock at some point.

Expected behaviour: Do not jump any text.

Reproducible: Always
