Created attachment 48789 [details] This screenshot tells you more than I can. Version: 1.0.0 (using KDE 4.4.2) OS: Linux If your contact list contains users with huge avatars (images\photos) then when they type to you and the message is arriving, knotify (KDE notification sub-system) will show you full-size image. Many XMPP servers has no limits of image\photo\avatar size, and if user able to set huge image - kopete & knotify will show it huge too. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Someone need to set big image in his jabber account avatar. And then he must type and send you any message. Actual Results: If your Kopete uses Knotify, then you'll see this huge image in message when it comes to you. Expected Results: The huge image\avatar\photo size of the user, who send messages to you, must be decreased by a Knotify concepts (50x50 or something). The tips of the JID in kopete contact list will show huge image too, if owner of this JID did not set a small image.
I think this was fixed in 4.5. Could anyone try to reproduce this? I don't know a client which allows setting large images.
