What I was doing when the application crashed:
Freshly installed Kontact (as part of Kubuntu); Added my GMail account as IMAP. The account looked strange, it had an extra folder called [Google Mail], which contained some of the folders. First, everything worked. After the loading of messages/folders has already been slow, Kontact crashed after trying to open a folder (I don't remember which one).
