Description Vsevolod Krishchenko 2010-02-23 13:17:56 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.4.0)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

Default shortcuts settings cause lots of ambiguous shortcuts between KatePart and Konqueror (i.e.: Ctrl+T, Ctrl+D, F5, F6, F9, Ctrl+Shift+Left|Right etc.). So opening KatePart in konqueror basically disables half of available shortcuts.

Maybe a better way to workaround ambiguous shortcuts will be usefull. Possible solutions are:
 * Allowing to choose one of the ambiguous actions instead of direct to Setting Menu.
 * Adding an option to always prefer *Part shortcuts over konqueror shortcuts when *Part has focus.
