Description Sebastian 2010-02-17 17:41:00 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.4.0)
Installed from: Archlinux Packages

After removing googledata resource in akonadi settings application all my contacs are deleted!

I could reproduce this with some new entrys I had added to google mail.

1. create some contact in google mail
2. create googledata resource in akonadi
3. open kaddressbook
4. close kaddressbook
5. remove googledata resource
6. everything is lost

This happened to me a few weeks ago with whatever the latest SVN version was at the time. Could it have been because I was running the latest SVN for akonadi-googldata but not KDE trunk (I think I was running SC 4.4)? I just did a single attempt at replicating the bug using the latest release version of akonadi googledata (1.0.1) according to the steps above, but everything worked normally. I didn't try to create or delete any particular contacts from within kaddressbook, though.
