Description Heinz Wiesinger 2010-02-15 12:17:01 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.4.0)
Installed from: Slackware Packages

Please add a new bias "not in playlist" for the dynamic playlist mode.
For whatever reason in dynamic mode the same songs are added to the playlist over and over again, often even 4 or 5 times in a row directly after each other. Now, I suppose there are not many people who want to listen to the same song 5 times in a row, especially when selecting a dynamic playlist. The new bias would take care that that doesn't happen.

I have also seen this, expecially when there are not so many songs to choose from.

However I have added a "last played before" option to the global bias.
There is still a problem because the song is not considered played if it's only in the playlist but at least that helps a little.

Note that the new option allows you to define a time distance, so e.g. played 10 hours ago.

Does that solve your problem?
