Version:            (using KDE 4.4.0)
Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

Whenever I switch the KDE language in "Country/Region & Language" (in my case from German to English and back), the dialog "Updating System Configuration" does not disappear. It just stays there repeating the progress visualization with an always slower and slower progress bar.
