The bottom left and the right edges of the turn off/restart/logout dialog (alt-ctrl-del) are black.

KDE SC ver.: 4.3.85 (beta 2).
OS: Ubuntu GNU/Linux.

- Did you enabled/disabled Desktop Effects during the session this error appeared ?

Enabling effects fixes the problem.
This also occurs in KDE SC 4.3.
Also happens on mouseovering items in System Settings and other places (I think this is a Kwin prob. Correct me if I'm wrong.).

In theory this could be related to bug 194382 / bug 179042.
