When looking at options under Fine tuning page, you get combinations
of CPU and resolution combinations, which absolutely doesn't tell you anything.
What is High CPU, what is low CPU, what is High resolutin and what low?

There should be at least a tooltip describing this in detail - currently it is not available.
Best solution would be to have "Advanced" entry among those, where you would be presented with all possible options of graphic effects in details.
