(*** This bug was imported into bugs.kde.org ***) Package: khtml Version: KDE 2.1.0 Severity: normal Installed from: compiled sources Compiler: gcc version 2.95.2 19991024 (release) OS: Linux 2.2.14 i686 OS/Compiler notes: One of my friends stores his swf files on a 50megs server and posts them (with an embed tag) on a message board. When I look at his posts I can't see the swf as long as I'm using konqueror. I get an error message: ------------------------------------- Forbidden Host: [207.97.142.36] hyp01-207-97-142-36.i-2000.net You do not have permission to access http://newyorklife.50megs.com/diving4.swf Data files must be stored on the same site they are linked from. Thank you for using 50megs ---------------------------------------------------- Ok this sounds reasonable but: I can few this post just fine when I'm using Netscape... Here is the link where I saw this first: http://www.goofball.com/wwwboard/members/home?daysback=1&comment_id=172752#thread Below is the HTML to replicate the problem: --------------------------------------------------

bug

---------------------------------------------------- Cheers Stefan (Submitted via bugs.kde.org) (Called from KBugReport dialog.
