Installed from:    openSUSE RPMs

If your Panel is configured to use less than the entire width of your monitor and you select CENTERED option, it will frequently be reset to LEFT upon reboot.

This happens in-spite of being locked/unlocked.  The size seems to be properly retained, but the centered option is lost.
