After login (or relogin or reboot) the kwin shutcuts doesn't work. When I start kwin again (kwin --replace) in a running session all is ok.

Tried shortcuts: Alt+Tab, Alt+F3, Alt+F4

Other shortcuts like Alt+F2 (krunner) run.

I have:
- kwin-4.3.81svn1058695
- libqt4-4.6.0+4.6.20091201
