Installed from:    Archlinux Packages

In my kde 4.3.2 kmail is not taking Subject in mailto links

For mailto links of this form  mailto:mailid?Subject=subject
only mailid is populated in To: field Subject fields is totally ignored.

One bug report I saw related to this is https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=108974 Which says this was fixed long back 4.2
