It will be useful if the attached "kcrash" files (DrKonqi backtrace/report saves) would be automatically recognized as "text/plain" files. Currently they are recognized as "octet-stream" forcing them to be downloaded. (they can't be viewed directly on the browser) Even when KDE is moving to automated crash reporting, the kcrash files will still be used for offline reports and/or KDE < 4.3. Thanks

This should be improved when bugs.kde.org upgrades to bugzilla 4.4 See http://www.bugzilla.org/releases/4.4/release-notes.html#v44_feat_mimetype_autodetect and https://landfill.bugzilla.org/bugzilla-tip/show_bug.cgi?id=20283
Git commit c4a72e847f4d3461f76205a0b732648d752063b8 by Jekyll Wu. Committed on 18/04/2013 at 17:38. Pushed by jekyllwu into branch 'KDE/4.10'. Save crash report with .kcrash.txt extension This is a temporary workaround, which could and should be reverted when bugs.kde.org upgrades to bugzilla 4.4 (not released yet) and is configured to auto-detect mimetype of attachments.
