Version:            (using KDE 4.3.0)
Installed from:    MS Windows

Steps to reproduce:
* open konqueror, open an exe link.
* choose save as, save on disk
* file copy progress dialog appears, check "Keep visible..." box.
* after download completes, press "Open target"
* you are presented with list of apps to open the exe file with.

Expected behavior:
* after "Open target", the exe file should be run.
