Version: 1.12.0 (using 4.3.00 (KDE 4.3.0), Debian packages) Compiler: cc OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.25-2-686 When using the "Jump to first new message" option, kmail should (according to the documentation and to the behavior from KDE 3.3) jump to the last selected message. However it instead jumps to the first unread message. To reproduce: Go to a folder, mark a message as unread, select a different message. Now go to a different folder and then return to the first folder again. -> The message that was marked as unread is now selected (and therefore the "unread" flag is removed). This is really annoying as I often mark messages as unread as a reminder.
