Screenshot showing the unrendered HTML in page header

The page which displays the vote for a bug shows unrendered HTML code in the page header like: Bug <a href="show_bug.cgi?id=197573">197573</a>

Another case of a probably related similar issue: in the pageheader at the same position when viewing a normal bugreport appears this line:
Bug 204738 &ndash; Votes page in bugzilla shows unrender..
The "&ndash;" isn't rendered HTML here.
