Description Michal Vyskocil 2009-08-12 11:55:53 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.3.0)
OS: Linux
Installed from: SuSE RPMs

I use KDE 4.3 with Air Plasma theme. During a change of kwin's compositing mode (is triggered by PowerDevil, because it depends on a state of power adapter of my laptop) height of both panels* is increased.

*I use two horizontal panels on the top and a bottom of the screen, but I'm sure that this is not related to number or a layout of used panels.

The starting height is 16px with compositing enabled. After turn off it grows up to 20 px and after another enabling it ends between 20-25px.

I suppose that this can be related to used Plasma theme, because it looks quite different with and without compositing, so it can use a different metrics for both of the cases.
