I believe that "on top" windows are "forced to be visible" and must be treated same way as foused one. So these should not be dimmed. Please fix. Thanks.

Should be easy to implement, just requires another option. Yes I think that has to be configurable as the effect is called dim inactive and a keep above window is inactive as well.
