Installed from:    SuSE RPMs

 In the top most line where the bugnumber - title is shown, the HTML special
characters are displayed in HTML code because they seem to be "double-escaped",
e.g. bug #84927 has in the HTML source:
<li>Bug 84927 &amp;ndash; KMail asks whether the message should...

you see &amp;ndash;  but it should be only &ndash;
