The default window decoration theme should follow the plasma theme. That is ,the borders of window should be same as that of plasmoids. The default window decorator is not beautiful compared to the plasma themes. It may not be made mandatory . The user may be given an opportunity to choose between the window decorators like : plasma theme , oxygen, plastic, cde etc. This is important because first impression is the best impression.

I consider this as implemented with Aurorae (http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php/Aurorae+Theme+Engine?content=107158). Only themes are still missing.
