I looked for in all menus of menus of menus bar, and menu context menu and I didn't find. I can totally confirm this on Jaunty Jackalope fresh install. It is quite annoying missing such function.

Still missing, important feature for me and a lot of people i know, the fact kopete lacks it a struggle for me to understand. It was in kopete for KDE 3.* when i upgrade i don't expect feature loss, I'm sure a lot of the KDE 3 kopete code could be used in the current version of kopete to make webcams work. I hope you get this fixed.
