Reproducibility: Always

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Kmail.  By default, the Folder tree has a single column, "Folder".
2. Right-click on the "Folder" column heading.  A context menue pops up.
3. Select View Columns->Total.  The Folder tree gets an additional column, "Total".
4. Quit Kmail.
5. Start Kmail.

Observed behaviour:
6. The Folder tree has a single column, "Folder".

Expected behaviour:
6. Kmail should have remembered that we added the "Total" column.
