Version:           4.2.3 (KDE 4.2.3) (using 4.2.3 (KDE 4.2.3), Arch Linux)
Compiler:          gcc
OS:                Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.29-ARCH

When konqueror is open and focused, central mouse button stop working. So I can't open link in new tabs for example. The strange is that the central button doesn't work also with kmix ( to mute and unmute) and with the pager, only when konqueror is focused, if is minimized everthing works fine..

Thanks for the bug report! Could you check if you can make the middle mouse button work again by opening the system settings, clicking "Input Actions" in the "Computer Administration" category and disabling "Konqueror Gestures"? In this case, it's a duplicate of bug 189761.

Yes! With "konqueror gestures" off everything works fine...sorry for the duplicate.
