I would like to be able to have a different view for the incoming and the outgoing folders.
In my incoming folders, obviously i want to see the sender adress. In the outgoing folder i want to see the receiver adress. But when i change it in one, it changes also in the other folders.

You can already achieve this.. Just use tabs. The mail lists options are global per tab.
Notice: There is a known bug that the options and/or tabs are not saved/restored yet.

This is a really counterintuitive behaviour. For new users this is impossible to find out, and i couldn't really convince my girlfriend to use two tabs to show different information in the incoming and the sent folder.
