openSuSE's kmenu (KDE 3.x) has a nice feature. The search function not only searches the menu entries (as the KDE4 menu does now), but it also uses the beagle desktop search index. Through that it also finds bookmark entries and related files.

This would be a nice feature for the KDE4 kmenu. The search engines needs not to be especially beagle. Nepomuk / Strigi should be fine too.
