This part of the resizing bug (172976) was fixed pre-2.0 IIRC. Certainly pre-2.0.1. Also, this bug reset the panels to proportional sizes, not the odd sizes show in the screenshot.

Could you try removing your amarok config and restart. (usually ~/.kde/share/config/amarokrc) see if that restores the panels to sensible sizes (1:2:1 ratio i think).

Also is it this size every time you restart amarok (after changing widths as well) or do the panel widths change?

It happens here as well. Using Neon. I don't think it happens every time I start Amarok but not 100% sure. I will keep an eye on it.

Is this still valid? I can't reproduce it here.
Comment 6 Konstantin 2009-03-19 13:07:02 UTC
I also cannot. With 2.0.2. But with 2.0.1 always

Looks like its fixed to me then =)

Seems to me it was caused by the playlist over-sizing, squashing the CV and cutting off half the sidebar. Have we had any major changes to the playlist between 2.0.1 and 2.0.2?
