it's more a feature request, that by the way not very doable with the current plasma architecture

.. the way it could be done is to have panel views (one per screen) that coordinate with each other and share a single containment.

would take a bit of work with the View, indeed, but should be possible.

things like configuring the size of the panel would be .... interesting ... as well. ;)
