OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.28-tuxonice

When My home partition was full, Kmail crashed. then I released some spaces and restarted X, I found Kmail dropped the configure related with Incoming Accounts but Outgoing Accounts was saved. In addition to Kmail, the configure of Desktop effects have been reset.
