now, when you have splitted the view in dolphin, you can easily move or copy files by drag'n'drop

i think it could be done more easily

imagine this:
you mark at least one file, then a middle bar appears, like on this mockup:

you dont have to drag things, you juct click on a proper button

of course, this is not a replacement for drag'n'drop, it is the other way

this middle bar should float with mouse, to allow user click it easier, it should have hover titles of course
